Dr Anderson is without doubt the best doctor I’ve ever had. She was my NHS doctor around 16 years ago, so I was delighted to find her again now while having issues that my current NHS GPs aren’t interested in resolving.

Went and saw Dr Anderson twice what truly lovely doctor she is listens helps etc she is what a doctor should be many people will say its because it costs I agree to point but it doesn't stop me from going with a problem far better than these surgeries that are out there would recommend to anyone

All the staff were very kind, empathetic, patient and compassionate. I was initially a bit nervous when booking, as I had not used the clinic before and needed a medical form to be filled out as soon as possible, but the staff were reassuring. The clinic booked me in very quickly, and within a week and a half, I had the checks I needed and my form completed. Despite my uncompliant veins, the staff were very patient when I had my phlebotomy, which meant they were able to take my blood without having to come back on a different day. After my blood test, I was feeling nauseated, the staff were kind. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other clinics I had been in contact with. Overall, I left the clinic having had a good experience and I would recommend them to others in future.

I had an appointment with Dr Anderson for a second opinion and medication review. I found her service to be outstanding. She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. All aspects of my enquiry were fully addressed and benefitted from Dr Anderson's well-informed and holistic approach to my individual enquiry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to others and use them again if I needed to in the future. This is how primary care should work.

Best choice I made. I found this clinic through the menopause web page and booked to see Dr Anderson all the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr Anderson explained everything taking time to go through all options . It was good to talk to someone about my menopause problems and feel confident I could have control over things. Big thank you
